Academic Score is committed to author-friendly, transparent, and timely publication practices. All submitted manuscripts must be original and unpublished, with plagiarism content below 10% (excluding references). Any use of AI-generated content must be disclosed in the Methods section and must not exceed 10% of the total text.

1. Submission Process
   Manuscripts are accepted via email only: insightresearch.org@gmail.com
   Subject line format: "Submission – [Manuscript Title] – [Corresponding Author Name]"

Required attachments (five separate files):

• Cover Letter
• Title Page (with complete author details)
• Anonymized Main Manuscript (for double-blind review)
• Figures/Tables (editable format)
• Supplementary Material (if applicable)

A Manuscript ID will be issued via acknowledgement within 48 hours. No online registration required.

2. Language Requirements
   Manuscripts must be written in formal academic English or Hindi, free of grammatical errors, with consistent structure and tone.
3. Formatting Specifications

• Page Size: A4 with 1-inch margins on all sides
• Line Spacing: 1.5
• Font: Times New Roman, 12pt (English) / Mangal or Nirmala UI, 12pt (Hindi)
• Page Numbers: Bottom right, beginning from Title Page
• Section Order: Title, Abstract (250-300 words), Keywords (4-6), Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgements, Declarations, References, Appendices

4. Title Page (Separate File)
   Must include full manuscript title, authors' names, institutional affiliations, ORCID iDs (if available), and corresponding author's email and contact number.
5. Abstract and Keywords
   A structured abstract (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion) of 250-300 words, without citations, followed by 4-6 relevant keywords.
6. Citation Style

• English manuscripts: APA 7th Edition (strict compliance)
• Hindi manuscripts: MLA 9th Edition
  Reference management tools such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote are recommended. DOIs should be included wherever available, with references listed alphabetically.

7. Figures, Tables, and Illustrations
   Figures and tables should be embedded in the text with clear captions and submitted as separate high-resolution files (minimum 300 dpi). Tables must be editable (not image-based). Colour figures are accepted at no extra cost, and alt-text must be provided for accessibility.
8. Peer-Review Process
   All manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review by a minimum of two qualified national or international experts. The average review period is 4-6 weeks, after which authors are notified of acceptance, revision, or rejection.
9. Article Processing Charges (APC)
   No submission fee applies. APC is levied only upon acceptance; current rates available upon request. Full or partial fee waivers are extended to deserving authors from developing countries and early-career researchers.
10. Revisions and Final Publication
    Authors must submit revised manuscripts within the stipulated timeframe, accompanied by a point-by-point Response to Reviewers letter. Following final acceptance, galley proofs are issued for author approval within 72 hours. Articles are then published online immediately with a DOI under full open access, with copyright transferred to the journal.
11. Special Issues and Conference Proceedings
    Conference papers, symposium proceedings, and workshop outputs are welcomed for special issues, subject to the same peer-review standards and journal scope.
